What started as a dream for two Crystal City boys, has grown into a company built on kindness, integrity, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality custom cabinetry.

Meet the team that you’ll be working with:
Scott
Scott Reimer is a Red Seal-certified cabinet maker with a passion for precision and craftsmanship. As co-founder & co-owner of Crystal Cabinets, Scott’s focus is on the build and installation of each custom cabinet, ensuring that every detail is perfectly executed.
Scott is happily married with three kids - two boys and a girl - whose bond is defined by love, not blood. When he's not in the shop, you can find Scott enjoying a round of golf, traveling to new places, or watching sports.

Scott spent 14 years as a youth pastor with co-owner Andy, where he developed strong leadership, communication, and a deep care for others - values that continue to shape his approach to both work and life today.
Andy
Andy Neufeld is a Red Seal-certified, co-founder and co-owner of Crystal Cabinets. He is the first face you’ll see or voice you will hear, as he focuses on customer relationships, sales, and guiding clients through every step of the design process. From your first call to finalizing your design, Andy is there to ensure your vision comes to life, helping you select the perfect materials and layout for your space.

Happily married with two kids—a boy and a girl—Andy is also a dedicated youth pastor, now in his 14th year of ministry. Known for his great sense of humor and easygoing personality, he loves to laugh and make connections with everyone he meets. Outside of work, you’ll often find Andy enjoying time outdoors, having fun with family, or simply soaking up life’s moments with a smile.
Andy has the patience and commitment to work closely with you, through every detail, ensuring your dream space becomes a reality. As you collaborate on your space, he’ll get to know you well and we can assure you, you’ll have fun doing it!
